Return & Exchange Policy
Elite Packaging Solutions has a vast network of couriers that deliver goods from our website to our customers' place. The team designates the appropriate courier to deliver our customer's order to them in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of the respective parcel. Deliveries may be made anytime between 7am and 9pm, but an exact date or time, of when the order will officially be delivered, cannot be guaranteed.
A designated representative will deliver the respective items at the address of delivery, as indicated by the customer, upon confirmation of the order. Customers will be required to sign for delivery. The invoice or receipt of the delivered item will be required for any future concerns regarding the particular product in question.
In order to provide a serviceable delivery experience, contact details of our customers may be passed on to our courier partners. These details may allow them to provide our customers with delivery updates via SMS (text message) and/or e-mail.
Please be advised that it may not be possible to deliver to certain areas. In such cases, we will contact you to ask if you would like to proceed with the order by providing an alternative delivery address or cancel the order altogether.
All ordered products will be delivered in our brand's exclusive packaging. Please be mindful when opening your order so as not to damage it, especially when using sharp objects. It is solely the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product is not damaged during this process.
Elite Packaging Solutions allows a 5-day return or exchange on products purchased from the website. However, necessary documents and information will be essential to process your return. Scroll down below to find the steps for your return or exchange requests.
There are a few general rules that govern all return or exchange requests. The following are:
1. Items not valid for a return or exchange are gift certificates, and store vouchers
2. The item should be returned within 30 days upon receipt of the item
3. All customers making a return or exchange request must fill out a Return Request (click here).
4. The RETURN SLIP (printed copy included in your parcel) and the complete product packaging should be in order and must be submitted along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
