Is there a minimum quantity for orders?


Our generic boxes come with a very low minimum quantity order of 20pcs, since our preformed boxes are packed by 20's.




Tell me more about your preformed boxes.


Our company's preformed boxes are made of quality materials that are in compliance with the international standard. Elite Packaging Solutions' preformed boxes are greaseproof coated on the inside, which makes it resistant to the ordinary effects of oil for a maximum of 4 hours.




Tell me more about your takeout boxes.


Our takeout boxes are made of high quality paperboard materials that are in compliance with the international standard. The paperboard material used in our products is certified by the FDA-USA as safe for food contact. Most of our takeout boxes such as our spaghetti box, noodle boxes, box with divider, & paper cups are P2S or Poly coated on two sides. It is a non-toxic, refrigeration tolerant, microwaveable, and is resistant to the ordinary effects of oil, sauces, and other liquids. It has decent thermal resistance, which means that it can withstand relatively high temperatures from hot dishes without physical deformation of the material. It is also biodegradable, thus, reducing time and effort for waste management and disposal.




Are your cakeboards grease resistant?


Our cakeboards are plastic laminated to ensure that the material will not be damaged by oil, or any other liquid.




Do you accept custom order requests?


Yes, we do accept custom order requests, given the minimum order quantity of the following:

  • For plain boxes with custom dimensions, we have a minimum order quantity of 1,000pcs.
  • For boxes with artwork and custom dimensions, we have a minimum order quantity of 3,000pcs.

Payment

My credit/debit card payment has been declined


Please try the following:

  • Check the card details (expiry date, billing address, etc.) on your account to make sure the information is correct.
  • Make sure you enter the security code correctly – that’s the three digit number on the back of your card.
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment. In this situation, it would be best to contact your card issuer for details.





Shipping & Returns

How do I cancel my order


Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service. To ensure timely delivery, we begin processing orders immediately after an order has been placed. You may make changes to your order during the checkout process; however, once your order has been submitted, it cannot be altered. We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your purchase subject to our Return Policy.




Damaged products


To ensure customer satsifaction, we do offer a full refund on damaged items; given that the boxes received are: damaged from gluing residue, and bleeding of print on colored boxes. Should your damaged items fall under the previously mentioned categories, kindly provide us with a photo of the damaged products, and CONTACT us. *Please take note that torn boxes will not be accepted, as these boxes are individually inspected upon production.




Return & Exchange Policy


Elite Packaging Solutions allows a 5-day return or exchange on products purchased from the website. However, necessary documents and information will be essential to process your return. Scroll down below to find the steps for your return or exchange requests. There are a few general rules that govern all return or exchange requests. The following are: 1. Items not valid for a return or exchange are gift certificates, and store vouchers ​​ 2. The item should be returned within 5 days upon receipt of the item 3. All customers making a return or exchange request must fill out a Return Request Form. 4. The RETURN SLIP (printed copy included in your parcel) and the complete product packaging should be in order and must be submitted along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Valid Reasons for Return: Damaged or Defective Product Wrong Item Delivered
