DLH- Vertical Ribbon Mixer
Features This mixer has an outer ribbon and inner screw in the conical tank. Outer ribbons elevate the material along the tank wall and the inner screw drives the material upwards, so materials can be evenly mixed. When discharging, outer ribbons clean any material stuck to the side of the tank wall and inner screw drives the material out. Due to cone shape of tank, materials with high viscosity can be easily discharged without leaving heavy traces of product. This mixer is especially suited to mixing materials of high viscosity.
